**About the role**

This is an entry level role into the social research industry. As a Trainee Research Consultant, you will be trained and mentored through a wide range of skills required to deliver research projects.

Ideally, you have a keen interest in social research, enjoy playing with numbers, strong attention to detail, insatiable appetite for learning and have a well-honed sense of curiosity.

We are an end-to-end provider, which means you will be joining a consulting team that is supported by data analysts, graphic designers, account directors and a dedicated field operation.

**Skills and experience required**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A tertiary qualification and/or recent experience in research or related industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills

Whilst not essential, the following would be considered a bonus:

- Experience in project management
- Market research experience
- Experience using Q or SPSS
- Experience of qualitative interviewing

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
