**Your New Role and Responsibilities**

We’re seeking a motivated and customer focused End User Support Analyst to join a new development program designed to build your cybersecurity skills and experience while still delivering high-quality support to our organisation.

This is more than a support role—it’s a launchpad into cybersecurity with supported development and hands-on experience in the real world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide IT support via phone, walk-up service, and ticketing system
- Assist with TechBar operations and face-to-face user support
- Troubleshoot devices and resolve common hardware/software issues
- Support and educate users on IT systems and tools
- Deliver AV troubleshooting and VIP support as needed

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Passion for cyber security within the broader IT support landscape
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a user-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and assist across diverse support functions, following procedures with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, workplace tech, and exposure to ITSM tools; familiarity with AV or mobile device management; ITIL v4 certification or willingness to obtain
- This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a or be able to obtain an NV1 level security clearance._
