**Desired Experience**:
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, user guides, and hands-on exercises.

Experience troubleshooting common user issues and providing technical support during training sessions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Experience presenting to groups of varying sizes and technical abilities.
