**We are looking for an enthusiastic Clients Relations Coordinator to join our company. The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for providing** **assistance and support for new and existing clients for the business and foster client relationships within NDIS Framework to achieve customer outcomes.**

**_The Role: _**
Come and join our team, we are looking for a Clients Relations Coordinator for a full time position, who is experienced in supporting new and existing clients for the business.
- **Main duties of the Clients Relations Coordinator**: _
- Maintain customer experience and client relationships on behalf of Kairos Care and Support services.
- To work with new and existing clients and their carers/and or families to negotiate individual plans to identify services that the organisation can provide with the outcome of securing the customer on a long-term basis for the organisation.
- Assisting transitioning new clients to the resourcing team.
- To work with existing clients and their carers/and or families to improve individual plans and packages with NDIS or community transport funding to access appropriate in-home services and transport.
- Well-being checks of clients, identifying and referring clients to other services.
- Data entry, invoicing, client liaison, transport bookings, hazard and incident reporting.
- Assist with the signing of service agreements for handover to the client relations team.
- Provide support for networking with external stakeholders, fostering relationships with - support coordinator, local area coordinators, other NDIS providers.
- Scheduling of daily runs, maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Community Transport: Medical transport for clients under all funding streams. Organising and planning of outings for groups of clients to access social activities. Social activities could include day trips or short stay holidays.
**Other Duties**
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent
- 2 or more years’ Clients Relations experience
- Knowledge of using Quick books and Shiftcare (preferred but not required).
**Experience**
- Relevant experience in client relations, customer experience and sales.
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role providing high level assistance to a director or executive.
- Strong background and understanding of providing services to people with disabilities
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the Disability Services and the NDIS quality framework.
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge in acquiring new and retaining existing clients
**Skills & competencies**
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.

- Covid-19 vaccination
- Be able to acquire a Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Workers Screening and a National Police Check.
