**Experiences**

Kat&Co is a leading experience agency that specialises in creating stop-everything moments.

Driven by an obsession with sensory engagement, our award-winning creative agency builds conceptually ambitious experiences that act as portals into other worlds—or transform the one we’re in.

For over a decade, we’ve worked as extended brand custodians. We partner with luxury fashion houses, major retailers, media networks and publishers—innovators driven by the same urge as us, to connect with people on a deeper level.

**Role: Production Designer/Manager**

The Production Designer/Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering large-scale, highly detailed, technically challenging ephemeral environments and experiences for the world’s leading luxury and premium brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Apple, Westfield, Tiffany & Co and many more to an uncompromising standard of creativity, design and production excellence.

**Responsibilities**

- Influence and become an integral part of Kat & Co’s reputation as an agency that is unrelenting in its commitment to original creative, design and detail.
- Contribute to improving every project by innovating more sustainable, transportive, and strategic ways to maximise client impact and investment.

- Think strategically with a positive work ethic, a strong communicator, and an effective collaborator with the ability to manage and deliver production excellence on every project.
- Be responsible for delivering the build and technical aspects of complex, medium to large-scale projects for highly discerning global clients with creative, design and production standards that set new benchmarks within the market each time.
- Manage projects with budgets up to circa $3m
- Contribute ideas and strategies to continually innovate and evolve the way in which we produce projects for greater efficiencies and outcomes.
- Work alongside the Creative and Design team throughout the concept and design development phase to ensure production, and budget feasibility, meet deadlines and develop the production design to support this phase.
- Manage the production deliverables to ensure the concept and design are executed to the Kat&Co standard.
- Source, brief and manage all production, technical and logistics suppliers and leverage those relationships to maximise value and outcomes.
- Assess and allocate resourcing for a project that aligns project requirements, feasibility, and budget objectives.
- Manage the production budget to ensure all projects produced by Kat & Co deliver the financial objectives.
- Draft floorplans, technical plans, and 3D production drawings to support the design, production and technical delivery.
- Organise and manage all logistics, operations and site management.
- Oversee and implement WH&S, risk management, building compliance and permitting requirements.
- Lead and manage the production of multiple projects at a time.
- Develop, drive and meet production timelines and scheduling.
- Oversee and manage the onsite production, technical delivery, and final execution to the Kat&Co standard.
