Permanent position for a Service coordinator to work in an industrial energy manufacturer in Western Sydney

**Your new company**
We are an Industrial energy equipment manufacturer located in Western Sydney. Your new company has been providing reliable and high-quality products to clients for over a decade. We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team and help maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

**Your new role**
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service operations for industrial energy equipment. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer needs are met, and that all service requests are completed to the highest standard.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Manage all customer service inquiries and service requests.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites.
- Monitor service orders to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and answer any questions.
- Ensure that all service documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide technical support to customers and service technicians.
- Liaise with the sales team to identify potential service opportunities.
- Continually seek ways to improve service processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar service coordination role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn about industrial energy equipment.
- Experience with service management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
