**About the role**
The Administration and Reporting Team Leader is responsible for monitoring operational performance of HCF’s external inbound scanning partner to ensure they meet service level agreements and leading the team to complete administration tasks and reporting duties as required.
Operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures is a key focus of this role as well the continual review to improve business performance and member outcomes.
**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee daily mail processes (e.g. opening, sorting & despatching) to meet agreed Service Levels.
- Support HCF business units to coordinate with external supplier for enquiries regarding incidents, document handling, scanning and data capturing, etc.
- Deliver ad hoc Claims Operations reports as required
- Assist staff to establish personal goals and provide coaching and training
- Leading staff to monitor the day to day productivity of the business unit
- Ensure Fund standards are met with respect to procedures, administration, reporting, security and control
- Conduct regular quality checks on staff outputs and performance to SLA
- Coordinate with Claims Support staff, Claims Team Leaders, Managers and key SMEs to support project work and prepare updates and reports as required.
- Ensure effective communication with HCF stakeholders and external supplier to ensure a smooth daily operation
**About you**

- Demonstrated commitment to service quality
