A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader is based at the new Star Track in Welshpool. You will demonstrate previous supervisor skills, that is passionate and have a strong desire to make a difference.

**The roster for this position is**: Monday to Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

**To be considered for the position you must have the following**:
To be able to run a small team.

To be able to manage roster for daytime team members

Professional Cleaning Experience

Previous experience in using ride on scrubber & sweeper and ride behind sweeper

Role Requirements

Must have valid work rights in Australia

Confident & comfortable with communicating with the operations team and staff

Manage cleaning operations by developing and managing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures

Ensure that daily cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently and to 100% of specifications and compliance

Provide leadership by ensuring team members understand performance targets and goals and team members are properly trained and inducted for their roles

Ensure that problems and process breakdowns are fully examined and that improvements are integrated into relevant work processes

Establish an environment that encourages continuous improvement and quality outcomes

Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on the job training will be provided)

An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
