**About the role**
The National Sales Manager is a key leadership position within our Organization and, in this role, you will manage and lead the Agriculture team to achieve sales success and develop our business further. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement key sales strategies to grow business from our existing customer base and identify and secure new business opportunities. A key successful factor will be your ability to develop strong, multi-tier relationships both internally and externally by leveraging on your diverse technical skills, experiences, and customer-centric approach.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead and mentor the Business Development Managers in their roles to achieve sales targets, customer interactions and develop new markets in their region.
- Develop and implement concise annual sales strategy and product growth opportunities.
- Exceed yearly sales targets, including minimum margins for the categories
- Management review on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis all identified Major Accounts.
- Forecasting, ordering of stock making sure the product mix is accurate and manage aged inventory
- Review and monitor pricing in a timely manner, update as required and distribute to the business.
- Creating and implementing a training strategy as required for the business including BDM’s, customers, and internal stake holders.
**About you**
To successfully handle this role you will have:
- A Master’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of total working experience and in similar role within a complex and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and sales experience in Agricultural Tyres and Wheels.
- The talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take the Trelleborg Agri Tyre and Wheel Sales to the next level.
- Focus on managing relationships effectively, creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
- High level of commercial acumen
