**About the role**

Dulux is on a rapid growth trajectory and have made several acquisitions in the ANZ and European regions in recent years. The growth aspirations for the business are phenomenal and this has created exciting new opportunities within our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the national equipment servicing strategy, network and implementation. You will work with the Dulux stores team and the Dulux Equipment Service Technicians and provide support in processes encompassing troubleshooting, servicing, spare part management and repairing our customers spray machines and other equipment.

In this key role, you will provide product advice to the service technicians as well as merchandising manager and ensure the continued growth of the business. DuluxGroup will provide you with product and service training.

You can be based out of the Wetherill Park Trade Centre, Sydney, or our head office in Clayton, Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive implementation of national, regional & account specific field activities
- Support delivery of commercial objectives and service levels
- Support the recruitment and ongoing management of the Dulux Equipment Service Technician Teams
- Manage the selection, sourcing and supply of spare parts ensuring business demands are met
- Assist with establishing new Service Centres
- Develop opportunities across all Dulux Paints & Coatings SBUs

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in the management of machine servicing networks.
- People leadership and management experience across larger geographies
- Solid understanding and knowledge of machine servicing, preferably of Graco and Wagner Spray Equipment & Accessories
