**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a Head of Sales Performance to motivate and guide the sales team to exceed our sales targets for new HCP clients. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by enhancing the sales team's skills and capabilities.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Self Managed Division, you will be joining the team in a newly formed role at a crucial moment in the growth of our business as we look forward to the Support at Home reforms.

We are looking for people who are passionate about empowering their team and fostering a high-performance culture by enhancing the skills and decision making capabilities of team members. You also have a passion for customer that includes developing and sharing insights with your team and key stakeholders.

**What does the role entail?**
- Ensuring the Self Managed Division sales team are meeting or exceeding admissions and revenue budgets by creating an actionable sales plan for the team.
- Aligning sales targets with the Group’s growth goals and objectives.
- Leading the team through the integration into the Australian Unity landscape.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration with operations, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective communication.
- Recognising industry trends to improve sales strategies.
- Frequent communication with senior management.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a services sales environment, including demonstrated sales leadership capabilities.
- The business acumen to identify commercial imperatives and drivers of the business and foster a deeper understanding of priorities across the team.
- The ability to adapt and adjust to changes and challenges in the business swiftly and who has the judgement and maturity to make decisions under pressure, often with incomplete information.
- Planning skills and the ability to work at pace across a large-scale environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM management and advanced Excel skills.
