Technical Operations

We are seeking a Technical Operations person to join our dynamic team. As Technical Ops, you will serve as a bridge between our technical team and partners, offering a unique blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a partner centric focus. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relations with our partners, helping them maximise the value of our products and service.

**All about the role**:
In this role, we're counting on you to:
**Partner Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners (from QSRs to independent partners), understanding their operational objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with our Middleware and POS providers to integration existing partners
- Be the technical primary contact for inquiries, issues and escalations.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and solutions
- Provide technical guidance and insights to partners, helping them optimise their use on our platform

**Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Provide prompt and effective resolution of partner enquiries, concerns, and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and ensure a smooth delivery of products or services.
- Identify opportunities to create new automated processes.

**Can you deliver**

Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:

- Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple accounts within a portfolio simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and G Suite.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the company's products/services is a plus.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, high growth environment to support their accounts, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
- A proven ability to put the partners’ requirements at the heart of what they do, striving to deliver high quality service at all times
- Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available where necessary for travel across ANZ for sales blitz activities and partner meetings
- An outgoing, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to quickly build strong rapport with partners and able to influence and engage effectively at all levels of the business
- Consultative, smart, articulate and hungry for success
