As a **HR Administrator**, you will provide professional and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this fast-paced role, you will:

- Deliver accurate HR advice, documentation and reporting in line with policies and agreements
- Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment processes, including compliance checks and interview logistics
- Assist with HR projects by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and recording actions
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and other hospital support services

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Experience in administration, HR or recruitment support
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- A collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills
