**About the role**:
As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will provide timely administrative support and HR advice to employees and leaders within our diverse business. You will get the chance to be involved in a dynamic and varied position were no two days are the same.
- Your responsibilities will include:_
- First point of contact for employees and leaders on HR related queries.
- HR administration and systems maintenance which includes processing onboarding, terminations, transfers and other changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Leadership training coordination.
- General administration duties including processing invoices and coordinating the Divisions Service Award Process.
- Opportunity to be involved in interesting forward-thinking HR projects.

**Do you have a mixture of the following skills, capabilities and experience?**
- Success in a similar role and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and recent work experience in the field.
- High-energy and results orientated, with a positive work attitude.
- The ability to handle conflicting and/or changing priorities and work toward deadlines, whilst retaining high levels of attention to detail.
- A strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of and experience working with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to pick-up new systems quickly.
