Wangara Kia & Suzuki is one of the highest volume selling Dealerships in WA. Winners of the 2020 WA KIA Dealer of the year Award shows that our state-of-the-art building and servicing facilities provide customers with exceptional and convenient service throughout their vehicle’s service lifetime.
Reporting to the Service Manager and Dealer Principal you will be responsible for improving service retention by focusing on building important relationships between the dealership and its customers.
It is the role of Service Booking Administrator to contact customers when their vehicle is due for its service and encourage them to complete the service at the dealership. A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations will be integral to this.
**This role includes**:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls regarding Service bookings/enquires
- Liaising with Service department to check availability and capacity
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction with clear communication and follow up
- Welcoming all on-site visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping
**About you**:

You will ideally possess:
- Passion for Customer Service and Sales
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with ERA Software (highly regarded - not essential)
