We are a family-owned air conditioning company based in Wangara, and we're looking for an experienced Service Scheduler & Office All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis over the peak summer period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service, maintenance, and repair jobs for technicians.
  • Manage booking requests and prepare jobs in SimPRO.
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide general office and administrative support to assist with smooth daily operations.

About You:

  • You have experience as a scheduler or in a receptionist/administrative role, ideally within a service-based or air conditioning business.
  • SimPRO experience is a plus but not essential.
  • You are highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • You can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • You are confident with basic computer systems and office software.
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy supporting a small, friendly team.
