We’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Wangara, Western Australia.

**About the role**
The Project Administrator assists Management with the daily functions of various project by overseeing teams, managing resources, reporting, liaising with all those involved to ensure the smooth running of a project.
The Project Administrator will plan meetings, assist with work schedules and assign tasks to team members. The role also requires corresponding with contractors and contacting supplies to ensure the project has the necessary resources.
This is a Full-time position is based at our Perth facility in Wangara, Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement to travel with the Project Team to remote locations in Western Australia. The annual remuneration for this role is $60,000 to $65,000, plus superannuation.
**Primary Responsibilities**
As an experienced member of our Team at Score Group you will be:
- developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services;
- responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected;
- managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided;
- working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are met;
- advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions;
- overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders;
- preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities;
- collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes; and
- reviewing and arranging new office accommodation.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Experience using and troubleshooting a Epicor ERP is essential
- Experience using and troubleshooting Dynamic AX 2012 is essential
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Certificate of Education or equivalent
