Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing & Marketing Manager, LIV Munro to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for achieving the forecasted occupancy and customer experience standards in line with the LIV Munro property budget during the lease up phase of the property.

This role is ultimately accountable for an exceptional leasing experience though the management and nurture of all leads maximising leasing outcomes, as well as delivering and overseeing property related marketing activities.

**Your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
Develop leasing Strategies to deliver occupancy targets for LIV Munro.
Maximise revenue through lead management and lease conversion opportunities.
Preparation and implementation of leasing and revenue forecasts, business plan actions and forecasts based on market trends and conditions.
Identifying and converting business opportunities as well as maintaining relationships with customer and account management communications.
Lead key site inspections with stakeholders. Regularly review and implement improvements to site inspections by tailoring tours to suit varied audiences, as well as ensure all team members are trained and deliver this consistently.
Ensure content is continuously updated across all channels - website, social media and third party listings such as Domain & REA
Support and curation of resident events to promote and maximise business opportunities and resident experience.
Establish expert knowledge of the property and the location’s benefits to maximise opportunities and tailor leasing strategies.
Consistently engage with the local community and potential business relationships, to identify opportunities for the property eg making close connections with the retail tenants underneath Munro and QVM committee.
Maximise resident retention through customer relations management and active engagement.
Identify new business opportunities through regular sales calls, local community engagements, as well as effectively communicating them with the property and wider build to rent team.
Actively engage with residents to gain feedback and promptly share with the team to ensure a first-class product and service is delivered.
Identify and support a culture of continuous improvement in areas of processes and procedures throughout the leasing phase.
Assisting with projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required.
Delivering LIVs unique customer experience throughout the leasing customer journey and beyond, providing timely responses to enquiries received through all mediums.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in a management level in hotel sales, property management or similar fields and a VIC Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred

Strata Management, or facility management experience a plus along with high levels Microsoft Office, Salesforce and CRM platform competency

You will enjoy challenging the status quo and creating new standards, be a results and outcomes driven professional who sets high standards and objectives for self, have the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to meeting expectations

Finally, you will be receptive and open to new ideas, a strong communicator and collaborative team player
