We have a new opportunity for a **Buyer's Assistant** to join our team We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to support the Buyers in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the department, as well as assist with buying functions for our MFG - Munro Footwear Group brands.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Buyer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage end-to-end order process (both internal and external suppliers)
- Ownership of the supplier relationship; ensuring follow-up and accountability of deliveries to reach stores in a timely fashion
- Work closely with the Marketing Team providing samples and assisting with EDMs
- Manage data integrity and accuracy of buy plans
- Maintain relevant and effective reporting systems
- Manage timely confirmation and communication of all replenishment requests from the Buyer
- Assist in the analysis of category product performance, macro market (domestic & international), direct competitor, customer and store feedback
- Ad-hoc projects and administration

**About You**
- Previous clerical or admin experience
- Previous experience working in a retail environment, footwear-specific experience, an advantage
- Experience working with a large volume of internal and external stakeholders' qualifications in fashion or business (preferable)
- Experience using a CMS such as Retek or ERP system such as M3, (preferable)
- Excell proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a successful team
