With nearly sixty years of footwear fashion under our belts, we have created a very long runway of styles, set trends, and enjoyed years of loyal clients along the way. Munro Footwear Group has a rare and exciting opening for a Product Development Manager to join our creative Product Development team.
As Product Development Manager you will lead a talented team of Product Developers and have a dedicated team of Product Development Administrators who, as a team, are spearheading footwear design to appeal to our growing client base. This is a dream role, within a company who are growing, dedicated to technology, sustainability, and quality footwear.

**As Product Development Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Owning product development from concept through to end production
- Developing a range that meets customer requirements in design, quality, and price.
- Driving brand success in line with company strategy, through research and design of product
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

More about You
We are looking for a Product Development leader currently in the footwear industry who can join a like-minded, supportive, and progressive culture.
- You will have an eye and passion for design, and an up-to-date knowledge of current trends across footwear fashion and production.
- You will have 3 - 5 years in a similar product development role with strong people management skills.
- Be able to talk shoes With extensive knowledge of footwear construction, material, and the manufacturing processes.
- Have a previous track record for proven successful development of high-quality footwear products.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills. Education/Qualifications/Memberships:

- Tertiary qualification in fashion/têxtiles or equivalent is advantageous.
- Footwear product development experience
- Experience using an ERP such as M3 an advantage.
