**About the role at Automic Group**

As an Investor Services Associate you will join an energetic, enthusiastic and supportive team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations in the Investor Services team. This hands-on role will include the management of incoming/outgoing shareholder administrative enquiries and service requirements, as well as being hands-on with day-to-day requirements of preparing for our busy AGM season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound investor communications
- Verify and assist with investor correspondence and instructions
- Auditing and filing all processed documentation
- Maintain a professional image for the business

**Seniority**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Query Handling - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
- Query Handling (online / live chat) - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems via online platforms to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
