**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, driven and Client/Investor Services Representative to administer our investor services function. A role that focuses on providing the best customer service for different investors. The role will be reporting to the Investor Services Team Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls for a portfolio of funds on various clients
- Provide an outstanding investor experience
- First point of contact for investors and financial advisors and Client
- Proactively monitor AWD queues and ensure SLAs are met daily
- Meet client and investor KPIs

**About you**
You will be an experience client/investor services associate with 2+years experience in a contact/call centre environment dealing with client/investor queries. You will have knowledge of and performed AML/KYC requirements and ideally you will have RG146 qualifications.
Experience in funds administration/unit registry will be highly regarded. Most of all you will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a high paced environment where the client comes first.
