**Role and Responsibilities**
- Supporting client leads and the broader team in the implementing strategic Investor Relations program
- Working closely with client leads to support their delivery of strategic and issues management counsel to boards, directors, and executive management teams of ASX-listed clients
- Providing assistance with initial and subsequent drafts of communications collateral such as investor presentations, ASX announcements, key messages and Q&A documents, and a range of IR products
- Ensuring team members receive timely support with completion of all client deliverables, and that they are effectively project managed.
- Supporting client leads with market intelligence in relation to trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments which have an impact on clients.
- Assist in preparing client reports that track key metrics and other market data relevant to their business, allowing us to refine IR support provided over time and maximise its effectiveness.
- Facilitating and coordinating engagement with sell and buy-side analysts, fund managers and other financial markets participants, including organising and attending client roadshows over time.
- Conducting research on different investor groups and contacts, strengthening our network and overall market intelligence for use with clients.
- Supporting team leaders in pursuing business development opportunities with analysis and development of proposals plus other materials, helping grow the company’s ASX client base
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development by attending industry events, conferences, and webinars, staying up to date on the latest IR best practices and market trends.

**About You**
- Strong written and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in related business field and at least 2 years relevant employment experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Experience working across projects, meeting deadlines, and managing schedules.
- Proactive attitude and approach to problem solving.
