**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, driven and Client/Investor Services Representative to administer the unit registry investor services function for various clients in the managed fund industry.

**Responsibilities**:
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Process payments, receipts and distributions
- Processing of maintenance
- Daily, weekly and monthly Reconciliations
- Maintain records including filing
- Prepare reports on a daily and periodic basis
- Utilise various system to conduct processes
- Proactively monitor workbaskets and ensure SLAs are met daily
- Meet quantitative & qualitative KPIs
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and correspondence to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clear and concise oversight and guidance for external teams

**Proven Experience & Qualifications**:

- Relevant Tertiary degree - finance or business desirable
- 1+ years Unit Registry or Fund Admin experience preferred
- RG146 preferred
