The Role

As an Investor Relations Associate, you'll work closely with our Investor Relations Manager to support investors throughout the life of their investment.

Your day-to-day will include managing and tracking investor and adviser queries, liaising with our registry to ensure communications are accurate and timely, maintaining account records and assisting with the preparation of fund information packs.  

There's also a creative side to the role. You'll work with the capital raising and investment team to prepare and coordinate marketing materials, newsletters and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

  • Support new investor onboarding and application processing.
  • Respond to investor, adviser and platform queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate investor records (HubSpot CRM and capital raising processes).
  • Coordinate investor reporting, including quarterly and annual statements.
  • Liaise with our registry provider (Automic) for investor maintenance and fund operations.
  • Coordinate distribution payments, capital calls and other investor notices.
  • Prepare fund information packs for prospective investors.

Compliance

  • Ensure AFSL/ASIC requirements (AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and wholesale) obligations are met from onboarding through to redemption.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of register listing movements.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting, including distribution, tax and annual value statements.
  • Ensure strong adherence to company policies on the management of investor data.

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist with preparing newsletters, quarterly reports and LinkedIn posts using branded templates.
  • Coordinate website updates (monthly performance data, quarterly reports, newsletters).
  • Work with the sales and investment team to develop engaging marketing initiatives.

Administration

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Investor Relations Manager.
  • Help streamline and automate processes to continually improve the investor experience.
  • Ad hoc support for investor events

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Communications or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in financial services.
  • Experience with institutional or wholesale/HNW clients is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and registry providers is an advantage.
