We are excited to be currently searching for a strategic and wellness orientated **Workplace Safety & Wellness Manager **to complement our highly talented people experience team based on the Gold Coast, QLD. This is a key leadership role helping to shape our outstanding workplaces across the Asia Pacific Region.

**How You’ll Shine**

No two days are ever the same, however key duties of the role include:

- To facilitate the achievement of our Strategic Plan by driving a workplace culture of safety and wellness
- To partner with all areas of the business across the Region to build a culture of wellness and safety-first culture across our workplaces.
- Ensure company compliance with laws and regulations throughout the Region and keep abreast of changes to relevant laws and regulations in the Region.
- To provide and present reports to Senior Leadership Team and Board.
- Identify risks to workplace health and wellness and develop strategies to mitigate these risks while balancing our commercial interests.
- Continually and proactively monitor, review and improve workplace safety and wellness policies, practices and systems.
- Support, mentor and guide our human resources and operational teams in managing audit, risk, hazard identification and injury management practices.
- Provide leadership that encourages business leaders and teams to create a continuous improvement safety culture and implement preventative injury strategy, wellness objectives and KPIs across the Region
- Manage, develop and actively promote our “Be Well” wellbeing strategy.
