**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for an experienced **Workshop / Production Manager** to lead our skilled team and oversee the daily operations of our busy workshop.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure the team delivers high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repairs that meet industry standards and customer expectations. You’ll work closely with technicians, parts suppliers, and admin staff, and play a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Based in Bundall, Gold Coast

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage day-to-day production and workshop operations
- Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are followed
- Process incoming vehicles and oversee workflow
- Coordinate and manage parts, paint, and consumables
- Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Support profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and delegate effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- A safety-first attitude with high attention to detail
