Policy Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to their customers and adviser partners, in addition to proactively managing the administration and completion of alterations to in-force insurance policies.

You will be responsible for delivering market-leading policy management service and solutions and demonstrating exceptional administration skills by identifying requirements, opportunities and risks in end to end alteration process for Life and Super policies at both a customer and advisor level.
- Must have a demonstrated understanding of the retail life insurance industry
- 12 months fixed term contract (opportunity for extension)
- Sydney, CBD
- $350 a day plus super
- Hybrid working, flexible 2 - 3 days in office
- Minimum 2 years experience in a call centre or administration role
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative policy
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills
