About the role

We’re looking for a Policy Administrator to join our dynamic underwriting team in our Sydney office who will assist with the day-to-day underwriting processes

Role Responsibilities:

- Lodge new business and renewal submissions
- Allocating tasks across the Underwriting team
- Issuing claim histories
- Manage the monthly issuance of renewal notices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Registering submissions and allocating tasks into DUAL’s Operating System
- Processing mid-term adjustments according to underwriting approval and issue documentation
- Manage monthly Bordereaux processing
- Develop working relationships with broker administration staff, underwriters and other key stakeholders
- Handling reception overflow calls and dealing with our customers
- Issuing timely and accurate policy documentation.
- Clearing Pending Cash report in a timely manner and reporting to managers on outstanding items.
