**Primary Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Prepare and provide client invoicing.
- Prepare and provide client estimates with info provided by estimating team.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Reckon bookkeeping duties.
- Hire equipment invoicing from inventory management software
- Maintain job file record-keeping and reckon information in line with QA requirements.
- Liaise with job owners and site supervisors to ensure all invoicing information is received promptly and accurately.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years working in a Senior Bookkeeping role or similar - formal accounting qualifications or currently completing would be ideal.
- Reckon Hosted/Quick-Books or similar accounting software experience.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably scaffolding or a similar fast-paced contracting/labour/hire business
- Able to achieve monthly date deadlines.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (Word/Excel proficient).
- Advanced written and oral communication.
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
