**Responsibilities**:
Woodside require an Invoice Verification Analyst to support to GWS Australia leadership in Service Entry creation for Invoices received and management of Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders. This position is full time, Monday-Friday (standard metro hours) and is a 12-month contract role based at Woodside's luxury appointed Perth CBD head office.

Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

- Create service entry sheets in a timely manner following guidelines including taxability determination as well as summarizing and allocating costs correctly to well/location.
- Ensure invoice submission criteria met, proper documentation and approvals exist prior to entry of service entry sheet. Forward non-compliant invoices to vendor queries personnel for tracking and resolution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives
- Support timely creation of Purchase Requisitions and ensure criteria or standards are met
- Support Business & Performance Management with providing administrative support (e.g., preparing reports, managing SharePoint)

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Strong SAP skill set
- Understanding of Contracting and Procurement requirements
- Understanding of Procure to Pay Process
- Experience of raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP
- Analysis skills to allow review of invoice claims against commitment pricing
- Effective prioritising skills
