**About the Role**

Starting immediately, this organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. As the Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of their financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising invoices, handling invoice queries, and collecting of overdue accounts outside of credit terms.
- Processing of supplier invoices, preparing payment runs and statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations including receipting of cash, EFT, and direct debits
- Managing credit card expenses including issuing, cancelling and reconciling
- Assist with month end procedures and journal posting

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
