**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a** Catering Team Leader** to join our team at our busy University College in St Lucia. Previous experience in residential catering is preferred, with a natural ability to plan ahead, take ownership of the shift and direct staff accordingly. This role has potential for fast career progression.

**The Role**
- Delivering food and beverage service in a professional manner
- Assisting with food preparation / sandwich-making
- Showing initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area and equipment
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers
- Food Safety Knowledge is required
- Computer Skills desired

**The Person**
- Previous hospitality experience, preferably in catering environment
- Responsible individual
- An eye for detail
- Ability to learn quickly whilst on the job.
- A team orientated person
