About the Role (your why)
GTM Manager is responsible for assisting in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning. This includes driving lead generation and customer acquisition through emerging technologies and business models, offering bold insights, and delivering customer outcomes.
Our offices are based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best
What you’ll do
**GTM manager, is responsible for (but not limited to)**:
- Contributing to and developing a detailed understanding of Datacom Go-To-Market strategy and planning
- Working with the different Lines of Business (LOB) within Datacom, GTM Hub, Sales and Customer to agree proactive and well managed GTM campaign
- Orchestrating GTM planning to bring functional teams together in plan development and execution
- Contributing to the evolution of relevant GTM strategy
- Working closely with Market Research manager to use industry trends, technological shifts, and market dynamics to focus GTM plans and ensure campaigns are aligned to propositions
- Leading Sales Enablement
- Collaborating with LoBs to guide proposition features and priorities
- Facilitating customer and market testing for propositions
- Understanding the market and customer needs and utilizing that data in the proposition lifecycle

What you’ll bring
- Previous experience and ability to effectively execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering measurable results
- Proficiency in analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business success
- In-depth knowledge of strategies and best practices for driving revenue growth, with a track record of achieving significant business development and customer acquisition goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of marketing and customer insights within the IT industry
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
