**The Opportunity
As the Go-To-Market Manager (GTM) you are accountable for design and delivery of go to market plans for specific initiatives, product launches and changes, propositions or experiences and join an incredibly, dedicated and diverse team

You will work hand in glove with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, Digital, Corporate Affairs and customer facing channels to ensure the strategic creation and successful orchestration and implementation of the GTM plan.

**This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne/Brisbane/Sydney/Adelaide office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Maintain and optimise the GTM framework and toolkit based on in market learnings, to ensure a consistent approach for each product/proposition/experience taken to market (tailored where appropriate based on initiative specifics)
- Feed into the comprehensive quarterly plan that sets the direction for the integrated commercial and strategic levers of the HI business and how these translate into activity across marketing and channels.
- Work with Marketing, Digital and customer channels to develop and ensure new customer value propositions are embedded consistently across all touchpoints, and to ensure any new opportunities are maximised.
- Ensure effective development and management of overall GTM timelines, campaign calendars, and operational delivery of GTM plans to meet key business objectives.
- Manage key GTM elements i.e., offers calendar on behalf of DRP to ensure we take a strategic and forward-looking view of these elements to optimise based on effectiveness and ensure sustainable growth for the portfolio.

**What do I need?**
- At least 5 years’ experience in commercial roles across marketing, change management, product or channels
- Experience in Australian healthcare legislative and regulatory environment.
- Product and strategy experience not mandatory but desirable.
- Understand data assets
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance obligations eg: APRA desirable
