Job Title: Strategic Comms & Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, retention, and customer engagement through the development and execution of integrated GTM plans.

About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially savvy, customer-centric professional with 5+ years of experience in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support the optimisation of GTM strategies using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and execution.
  • Support the integration of value propositions into GTM plans ensuring alignment across product and service offerings.
  • Assist in the development of GTM playbooks, frameworks, and templates to ensure a structured and repeatable approach to launches and optimisations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, Frontline, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM activities are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Use customer insights, behavioural science, and analytics to inform GTM plans and drive engagement.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric mindset with experience in developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimise GTM plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
