**The Role**:
Our client, an Australian household name provides a quintessential service, providing exciting technologies to both residential and commercial industries.

**Description**:
Drives the overall solution work breakdown and sequencing of work packages for a large and/or technically complex works programs. Manages BA representation on large works programs. Works with business and project stakeholders to ensure that desired business outcomes are adequately captured and achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Informs on the needs and organises the availability of BA support for large or technically complex works programs
- Provides operational direction and support to BAs within a works programs.
- Drives the overall solution breakdown and work package delivery sequencing to deliver business value early and ensure project delivery efficiency.
- Ensures that requirements are adequately captured with business and project stakeholders as part of the solutioning process and provides requirements clarifications to the delivery teams on a needs basis as part of the delivery process.
- Assists Service Owner/Product Owners and teams in the prioritization and sequencing of capabilities and epics, including enabler features (non-functional change) to ensure they add business value.
- Defines acceptance criteria for capabilities and epics with Service Owner/Product Owners
- Contributes to the delivery teams’ backlog and the breakdown of epics into stories.
- Participates in scaled agile activities including PI Planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives etc.
