You will be a hands-on leader, actively contributing to code development while mentoring and guiding your team to deliver high-quality results that meet both business and technical objectives. We seek a seasoned professional who can formulate a vision and achieve successful business outcomes through collaborative teamwork and responsible decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading a team of engineers to undertake all development activities required to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Leads estimation activities and carries out system wide development work to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards.
- Develops detailed designs and system specifications for implementation aligned with solution architecture and consistent with industry and our clients enterprise standards.
- Translate product management expectations into fully developed functionality that meets the customers requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards.
- Contribute to system analysis, solution (functional & technical) design and feasibility activities.
- Identifies and co-ordinates the implementation of appropriate engineering methodologies (i.e. Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment, and refactoring practices), documentation, and tools.
- Drives DevSecOps mindsets and practices across Digital Platforms and Engineering.
- Experience leading a team with diverse skill sets including Java engineers, AEM engineers, IOS and Android engineers, UI engineers and API engineers.

**Essential Skills**
- Good documentation skills with the ability to produce client ready solution architecture, business understandable presentations and good communication skills to lead and run workshops
- On hands experience in AWS technologies and other Digital ecosystem technologies such as Microservices, Content Management Systems, Mobile apps, etc
- Extensive experience as a Solution Lead on Enterprise integrations, design principles, architecture frameworks and processes
- Service Integration Concepts (especially with RESTFUL services/ SOAP based web services)
- Design and develop solutions for Non-Functional Requirements (Performance analysis & tuning, Benchmarking/load testing, Security)
- Comfortable working in Linux environments (SSH, basic navigation etc)
- Hands-on programming and debugging skills on either of these:

- AWS offerings ECS, Lambda, SQS, Redis, etc
- Microservices Architectural pattern, Java Spring boot/ Apache Camel
- Content management through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.X, Adobe Target, UI, JavaScript
