**Purpose of the position**

**Responsibilities and duties**

**Responsibility 1**

The Project Officer will undertake work required to develop, set-up and implement a client’s policy and procedures, compliance and quality management systems, written material to support licensure for:

- New National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Applications
- New Childcare Applications
- New Aged Care Applications
- Grant Applications
- Any other written material (policies) and special projects research as required.

**Responsibility 2**

Act as a member of the LEAD Business team to work across the company operations with a high degree of honesty, integrity and co-operation. Promptly answer phone calls, return messages as required. Document any incidents or events as they occur.

Work standard: Participate as a member of the team at meetings, training sessions, and at office, sharing workload and assisting other colleagues.

**Academic Qualifications**

Essential qualifications
- Tertiary studies in a relevant discipline

Desirable qualifications
- Written capabilities, authoring, documentation and policy research.

**Work experience and skills**

Essential experience
- Minimum two years general administration experience
- Demonstrated policy development/research work experience

**Desirable**
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a team environment.

**Personal qualities and behavioural traits**

Essential qualities or behaviours
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable qualities or behaviours
- A keen eye for detail, a focus on continuous improvement and a great work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
