About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced
ADMS Solution Lead
to join a major utilities transformation project in Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of GE PowerOn (POF, POG, POA) solutions. You'll play a key part in shaping the architecture, managing stakeholders, and driving innovation across the ADMS landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design, architecture, and assurance for ADMS implementation.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and technical teams.
  • Analyse ADMS requirements and define fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Oversee release management and roadmap definition.
  • Mentor technical resources and support BAU/project activities.
  • Drive business improvements through innovation and process efficiency.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in GE PowerOn (POF, POG, POA) consulting, solution design, or integration.
  • Minimum one full implementation in a utility industry vertical.
  • Strong configuration and technical design experience in POA.
  • Expertise in DMS/OMS pre-sales, technical proposals, and estimates.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customers independently and collaborate across teams.
