Experienced Accounts officers needed for multiple roles across the Gold Coast

**Your new company**

Our client is based centrally on the Gold Coast and is rapidly growing within the market, proving their reputation in the industry. Our client requires an experienced and driven Accounts Manager for a full time role to join their team and facilitate the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. This position has varied responsibilities across accounts and administration and will require a determined individual with the ability to work in a collaborative environment to support management.

**Your new role**

This is a multi-faceted full time and permanent role ideal for someone keen to develop their skills and further enhance their career opportunities in the Accounting field. You will be an integral member of a highly effective finance team and assist with a range of different accounting and administration tasks as required. Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliations
- Payroll
- Various administrative tasks
- Reporting to management
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Technical bookkeeping duties
- Administration duties
- Legal, Trust A/c Act & Regulations knowledge required
- Prepare financials for Tax Accountants
- Work with Tax Accountant to ensure Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets are correct
- Managing posting, journals and general ledgers, and all the entries in regard to the client’s files General and Trust.
- Oversee cash flow and debtors, and report to partners each month
- BAS, PAYG, super payments and pay to ATO
