We're not your average group of companies. At Health Icons, we're building one of Australia's most innovative nutraceutical and sports supplement manufacturers. Alongside our sister companies – Cent Australia Logistics (3PL warehousing & distribution) and Klip Payments (fintech) – we're scaling fast and need a Management Accountant who's ready to grow with us.

This isn't just a back-office role. You'll get hands-on with invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, cashflow and forecasting, but also work directly with leadership across three dynamic businesses. For the right person, this is a clear pathway to become our Financial Controller as we expand.

What you'll do

·      Own the day-to-day numbers (invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations).

·      Prepare monthly management accounts and insightful reporting.

·      Build and manage cashflow forecasts and budgets.

·      Partner with leadership on commercial decisions and growth plans.

·      Support process improvements and scalable systems across multiple businesses.

About you

·      Degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA qualified or in progress).

·      2–4 years' experience in management accounting, FP&A or similar.

·      Strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

·      Commercial mindset – you see the story behind the numbers.

·      Proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
