**Amin’s Butcher and Grill is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our Springwood crew**
This isn’t your average hospitality gig — we’re a vibrant, fast-paced venue where guests handpick premium meats from our in-house butcher and have them grilled to perfection, right on the spot. We're also proud to be a **Campos café**, serving up specialty coffee daily with a warm, community-focused vibe.

**Essential Requirements**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, one weekend day, and public holidays as required
- Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail
- Well-presented with a professional and friendly attitude
- Competency in basic POS systems and daily cash handling
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Barista skills or previous café experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
