**The Opportunity**

We are looking to expand our team We are passionate foodies, baristas, VIP hosts, geeks and groovers; mixologists pouring the perfect tonic; we are coaches and instructors, dreamers, believers, bean counters, creatives and entertainers. Whether you're up and coming or had years of experience, you’ll acquire new skills and build relationships to last a lifetime.

We are looking to build a team of people who have a passion for great food, great drinks and great customer service to join our team. You will have opportunities to flex your customer service muscles, whip up a perfectly poured beer, and show our guests a memorable experience in our concierge, bar and gaming teams.

You consider yourself a people person, with a knack for building relationships and making people feel welcome. You also have:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Current RSA and RCG Competency
- Strong availability and flexibility to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
