Public Sector People are partnering with a well-known government organisation to recruit for a 3 month temporary Records & Mail Support Officer.

Position: Records & Mail Support Officer

Contract: 3 months - 35 hours

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Parramatta

Hourly Pay Rate: $34.79 + Super

**Responsibilities**:

- Archiving and sentencing records both physically and electronically in compliance with State Records Act 1998 and GA39
- Reviewing and updating existing archival holdings and descriptive data
- Creating hardcopy records for transfer and electronic lodgment of files to offsite storage, identifying the storage and preservation requirements for the archival holdings

Essential:

- 2+ years experience in corporate records management
- Experience with TRIM will be highly regarded
