**Now Hiring** | This brand is the ultimate house of luxury defining style and creating desire now and forever. In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division - we are now seeking a Ready To Wear Style Advisor for one of their largest stores.

As the Style Advisor, you will directly engage with customers on day-to-day basis. You will play an important role in creating desire and building the Dream of this high end brand on the Boutique Floor. Through your passion for Fashion, solid sense of styling and true understanding of customers, the Style Advisor offers a personalized and relevant advice to clients. Not only do you inspire the client but also the team whom you continuously grow in fashion and styling through regular floor coaching, client appointment support and morning briefs.

Day to day this role will see you:

- Inspire the customer through your styling advise and your commitment to respect client’s uniqueness while helping her to find in all of our product what will truly and intimately fit her.
- Convey the key Fashion messages and the allure of the collection.
- Inspire clients to discover_ _new ways of styling and share styling tips.
- Entertain clients on Fashion and Trends.
- Set the standard in terms of personal Image, always showing warmth, sophistication and refinement.
- Build a true and deep understanding of client’s personality, style and lifestyle.
- Develop client portfolio: further engage or reactivate existing client and identify potential to recruit.
- Set the right plan in motion to successfully achieve individual and boutique targets.
- Proactively assist FAs to prepare their clients’ wardrobe for their “RTW appointments” as per the Style Service Menu.
