**Job Summary**

An exciting position has become available for a casual fashion stylist to join our tight-knit, supportive & passionate team in retail sales. The successful applicant will be styling our fabulous clients and working with well-known European Designer Fashion Brands in our boutiques on the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.

This is a casual role, ideally 3- 4 flexible full days a week with availability to work weekends as required.

As a Fashion Advisor, you will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed our client’s expectations.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and build customer loyalty through active client development.
- Style and advise while providing an outstanding experience in our boutiques.
- Assist the management team with all retail operations including stock, cleaning, visual merchandising, and database/loyalty management.
- Driving in store Customers Sales.
- POS and cash collection.
- Maintain impeccable store standards.
- Must be available to work weekends as required.
- Ensure highest standards in all aspect of the sales & after sales service, including positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data and timely follow up.
- Engage and build genuine relationships with our clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Previous experience in retail high end fashion would be beneficial.
- Genuine passion and love for fashion and styling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Service minded with a passion for providing the very best in client service.
- Confident with people and communicate effectively.
- Well-groomed.
- Disciplined, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be punctual, reliable and efficient, ability to prioritise and multitask.
