The Brand |

This Italian Luxury Fashion House is the epitome of elegance; with global Maison’s they are currently focused on an Australian expansion project - creating new opportunities and progression across Sydney. A respected and celebrated Fashion House - we are now seeking a Team Manager to join their Sydney Flagship in Castlereagh St.

The Role |

In this role you will be an exceptional networker who is well connected with VIP clients, across all product categories RTW, Footwear and Accessories. You will lead a talented team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors - nurturing and developing them alongside of your management team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S
- Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database - driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
- Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
- Mentor Client Advisors to build the brand reputation in Australia

The Skillset |

The successful talent might have a background similar to this:

- Luxury customer service background is essential (RTW highly regarded)
- CRM and VIP building experience
- Passionate and motivated to achieve
- Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in luxury fashion brand
- Strong passion working for luxury brand
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated team player with outgoing personality
- Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable
