We are searching for a well-connected RTW Style Advisor to join our client who is one of the most luxurious brands in the world. With a renowned product category of RTW, Accessories, Leather goods, and Footwear - this Italian fashion house is known for its luxurious and exclusive approach to clientelling
The Role |
This brand value results-oriented people who have a willingness to learn, are always up to date on fashion trends and have a strong interest in their brand and product. In this role you will be based in their Castlereagh St Flagship - a busy and growing boutique - and focus on developing the store’s activity by focusing on the VIC portfolio and promoting their RTW product range. Your client centric approach and flair for styling will be evident, driving customer interaction with new and existing clients.
- Masters the customer journey and represents its excellence
- Engages prospective and existing customers through networking in the market
- Collaborates with store managers to develop external relations according to the company's CRM requirements, develops direct marketing actions aimed at existing and potential VIC customers
- Retains the best customers by offering them an exceptional personalised experience, and develops high-potential customers
- May be asked to take an active part in events and assists the sales team in maximizing sales during events by ensuring VIC customer satisfaction through product and service recommendation
The Skillset |
To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with a strong background in Australian Designer or Luxury RTW - if your flair for styling with clients has superseded your management career this role could be ideal for you
- Strong understanding of the product, knowledge of the brand heritage and the ability to work strategically and innovatively within the brand guidelines.
- The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions
- Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to build loyal and lasting relationships
- Customer portfolio in luxury environment
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the House
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
