Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of HR systems and analytics? As the **Manager, HR Systems & Insights**, you'll be at the forefront of leading and managing the HR systems and analytics function within NSW Treasury. This pivotal role involves overseeing the interface management of Business Process Outsource Providers, ensuring the delivery of HR systems and analytics that embody best practices, governance, and statutory compliance to meet the dynamic demands of the business.

**Key HR Systems You'll Manage**:

- **SAP (HRIS)**: Payroll, Organisational Management
- **Cornerstone (HCM, myCareer)**: Learning, Performance, and Talent
- **Power BI**: Dashboard and analytics
- **Teamgage**: Employee engagement and surveys

In this role, you will lead a team of three, including one graduate, providing you with a valuable leadership opportunity. Your role will be crucial in proactively building robust relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your contributions will enhance the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with NSW Treasury teams and agency counterparts.

You'll be joining the **Financial Management and Services Group** within the **Treasury Finance and Services Division**. This is your chance to be part of a team that drives excellence and innovation in HR systems and insights. Read more about your future Group and Division.

**What You Can Bring to the Role**
- **Extensive Experience**: Proven track record in managing and continuously improving government human resource systems, including the evaluation of strategies and programs.
- **Analytical Skills**: Superior conceptual, analytical thinking, and research skills with experience in complex data analysis.
- **Project Management**: High-level skills and extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation.
- **Organisational Skills**: Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- **Tertiary qualifications** in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience are essential.
